P McVey Building Systems recently delivered high-quality modular office buildings for the Wilson Salt project. From the start, the goal was to provide functional and efficient office spaces while meeting the client’s operational requirements. The development included ten modular sections, offering offices, toilets, and a fully fitted kitchen. This project demonstrates how modular office buildings can combine speed, quality, and flexibility, even under tight deadlines. Health and safety remained a priority throughout. Staff supervised transportation and installation to ensure a secure workplace. Moreover, the modular approach enhanced energy efficiency and supported sustainability objectives. By controlling production in the factory and using precise installation methods, we delivered functional, cost-effective modular office buildings with programme certainty.
