P McVey Building Systems enjoyed a team bonding day strengthening collaboration
The activities included gladiator combat, laser tag, paintball, team races, and tug of war. These games allowed colleagues to compete with one another and resulted with skill development and teamwork.
The event encouraged employees to connect and work together under pressure. Furthermore, these team building activities improved communication, supported problem-solving, and reinforced the value of collaboration. Staff enjoyed moments of laughter and friendly competition, which boosted morale and created a positive workplace culture.
