Team McVey Swung Into Action for a Worthy Cause
Proudly taking part in the Mellon Educate charity golf day, an event that blended teamwork, purpose, and industry collaboration. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the day would support a meaningful cause while offering an unforgettable experience. The event, hosted by the Elliott Group, took place at the iconic Brabazon Golf Course at The Belfry, one of England’s most celebrated golfing venues. Legends such as Seve Ballesteros and Sam Torrance created unforgettable moments here, and our team Ciaran, John, and Eamon were excited to walk in their footsteps.
Throughout the day, the atmosphere remained energetic. Although a light rain passed over the course, it didn’t slow the pace. Instead, it highlighted the camaraderie, laughter, and shared purpose among all participants. With an 18-hole layout, a 10:30am shotgun start, and refreshments waiting at the 9th hole, the event offered both challenge and enjoyment.
