Christmas coat drive supporting Belfast Homeless Services this winter
At P McVey Building Systems, we understand the value of a warm, safe environment. We also recognise that many people across Belfast won’t have that security this Christmas.
That’s why we launched the P McVey Christmas Coat Drive
Starting in early December, we turned our HQ into a collection point for Belfast Homeless Services and called on our incredible staff, their families, and our wider network to donate clean, warm coats and hoodies for people facing homelessness this winter.
Our original goal was simple: collect 50 coats.
But what happened next went far beyond anything we expected.
Thanks to the unbelievable generosity of the P McVey team along with friends, families, and supporters we are thrilled to share that we delivered 274 warm coats and hoodies to Belfast Homeless Services. That’s almost five times our original target! A massive thank you to everyone who opened their wardrobes and donated with such kindness. These coats will help vulnerable people stay warm, protected, and cared for during the coldest months of the year.
