Role Description
In this role, you will deliver a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks with a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and efficiency. You will work independently, follow a structured maintenance programme, and ensure all work is documented accurately using Procore. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and pride in delivering a clean, professional finish.
Working across multiple modular building types including Anti-Vandal, Containex, Jackleg, Steel Frame, and Timber Frame units you will use your joinery, electrical, and plumbing skills to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and keep our buildings operating to the highest standards.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong communication skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to manage their workload effectively. A company van and fuel card are provided to support travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Complete maintenance tasks safely and on schedule.
Follow a structured maintenance programme.
Log all work and issues on Procore, including before/after photos.
Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
Work with a range of modular building types (Antivandal, Containex, Jackleg, Steel Frame, Timber Frame)
Carry out joinery, electrical, plumbing, and fault‑finding duties.
Replace lights, PIR sensors, switches, heaters, water heaters, and sockets.
Perform plumbing repairs including taps, toilet seats, cistern components, flush handles, and leak detection.
Requirements / Skills
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Good sense of direction.
Excellent communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance role.
Understanding of modular building systems.
Positive, can‑do attitude with pride in workmanship.
Willingness to travel (company van & fuel card provided)
