P McVey Building Systems successfully delivered the C-Tric project at Altnagelvin Hospital. This fast-paced delivery demonstrates our ability to handle complex healthcare projects efficiently and safely while maintaining high quality standards. From the start, the team prioritised compliance with building regulations, particularly Part E, due to the building’s location next to an internal courtyard. It was designed and built to meet all safety and regulatory requirements. As a result, patients, staff, and visitors now benefit from a safe, comfortable, and fully compliant environment. Our team completed the groundworks, foundations, and civil works. Coordinating closely with a trusted subcontractor to maintain quality, accuracy, and schedule throughout the project.
